RETURN POLICY
Products purchased from AEROFARA authorized Marketplace sellers are subjected to the authorized Marketplace sellers’ return policy. Therefore, customers may contact the sellers for the return requests.
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
AEROFARA warrants to the original purchaser that your AEROFARA product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for the period stated above.AEROFARA does not warrant that the operation of the product will be free from interruptions or errors and therefore is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the instructions for use of the product.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
A warranty service order must be requested from AEROFARA within the limited warranty period after receipt of the goods. To request a warranty service order, please contact the AEROFARA service team at aerofarapc@gmail.com. To receive warranty service, you must deliver the product in its original packaging or in packaging that provides the same level of protection to the address specified by AEROFARA. In accordance with applicable law, AEROFARA may require proof of purchase details and/or compliance with registration requirements prior to receiving warranty service. You are responsible for backing up any data, software or other materials that you may have stored or saved on this product. Such data, software or other materials may well be lost or reformatted in the course of service and AEROFARA shall not be liable for any such damage or loss.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This limited warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for AEROFARA that are identifiable by the affixing of the "AEROFARA" trademark, trade name or logo and purchased from an AEROFARA authorized marketer. This limited warranty does not apply to any
(a) damage caused by acts of nature, such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, etc.;
(b) negligence; (c) commercial use;
(d) modification of any part of the product;
(e) damage caused by use with non-AEROFARA products;
(f) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
(g) damage caused by operating the Product outside of its permitted or intended use as described by AEROFARA, or by using an improper voltage or power supply; or (h) damage caused by services (including upgrades and extensions) performed by anyone not acting on behalf of AEROFARA. recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this limited warranty.no dealer, agent or employee of AEROFARA is authorized to make any modifications, extensions or additions to this limited warranty. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
